Family Practice Physician — Brooksville, FL (Hernando County)

My Health Onsite is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice Physician to join our outpatient health center in Brooksville, FL (Hernando County), delivering proactive, personalized primary care to employees, retirees, and their families as part of a mission-driven, employer-sponsored care model — with a relaxed daily pace and no insurance or billing concerns to manage.

Position Highlights

• Relaxed caseload — approximately 12–15 patients per day, with no insurance or billing responsibilities for the physician
• Set weekly schedule: Monday 8am–5pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am–3pm, Thursday 10am–7pm, and a Friday/Saturday rotation 9am–1pm
• Serves patients ages 8 and up
• 100% outpatient family practice setting — no inpatient responsibilities
• Prevention-first care model, with wellness and health education programs alongside acute and chronic care
• In-office procedures welcomed, including minor dermatology, I&D, skin tag removal, and bandaging
• Collaborative care team, including onsite APP support, so you can focus on patient care rather than administrative burden
• Patients are insured through the employer client, with referral access to other specialties as needed
• Outpatient EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Position Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation: $120–$130/hour

Position Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice (Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine backgrounds also considered)
• Current, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Florida dispensing license, or willingness to obtain one prior to start date
