Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $150/hour (orientation rate)

What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency care coverage at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital and surrounding regional hospitals
• Manage a typical ED patient population with an admission rate of about 20%
• Collaborate with APCs for double coverage when needed
• Handle diverse emergency cases typical of a regional hospital setting
• Contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on community health
• Support hospital protocols and participate in quality improvement activities as needed

What You Need

• Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Valid ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications
• 1+ years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a rural/hybrid hospital setting
