Join OU Health as a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon in Oklahoma City

OU Health Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join its growing academic program in Oklahoma City. This full-time opportunity offers a strong balance of clinical practice, surgery, teaching, and research within Oklahoma's comprehensive academic health system.

The position is being added to support program growth and offers the opportunity to work alongside specialists in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), Gynecologic Oncology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The practice currently includes one MIGS physician, with the potential for APP support as the program expands.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time academic MIGS opportunity
  • Primarily outpatient practice with approximately 3.75 clinic half-days and 2 surgery days per week
  • Approximately 16–24 clinic patients per week across 2–3 clinic days
  • Approximately 3–9 surgical cases per week
  • Access to Endosee for in-office hysteroscopy procedures
  • Epic EMR
  • Telemedicine capabilities
  • Access to REI, Gynecologic Oncology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
  • Home-based subspecialty Urogynecology/MIGS call
  • Additional paid GYN call opportunities
  • Teaching, research, and committee participation opportunities
  • Academic affiliation with the OU College of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Completion of an AAGL fellowship is required
  • 2026 graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in contributing to the continued growth of an academic MIGS program

Compensation & Benefits

OU Health offers compensation commensurate with experience, with a one-year guarantee followed by a wRVU production model. Additional benefits include:
