Summary

100 % Clinical Outpatient Internal Medicine

• Enjoy clinical practice with minor inpatient rounding
• Hospitalist team provides all inpatient care
• One holiday phone call coverage a year; no hospital coverage

Traditional Internal Medicine

• Weekday hospital rounding before clinic on your own patients
• Supported by hospitalist group for nighttime coverage and all admissions

Schedule

• Full-time - 36 total hours per week
• Flexible scheduling – 4 or 4.5 days per week
• Approx 1:13 outpatient call – phone calls only

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $270,000 - $320,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

• Two St. Cloud clinic sites - one connected to St. Cloud Hospital
• Specialists available for consultation
• Large Hospitalist group to support inpatient care
• APP support in the clinic
• 1:1 clinician to hall nurse ratio
• Resources on site include: care coordinators, referral coordinators, PharmD, anti-coagulation nurses, Behavioral Health providers, diabetes educators.
