Urologist, NW Ohio | $600K Base + $800K+ | 3-5 Day Week + Full Autonomy | Mayo Clinic Network

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio — part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and recognized by Healthgrades as the #1 hospital in Ohio for Surgical Care for 2026, placing it among the top-performing facilities nationwide for surgical outcomes

• Flexible schedule: 3–5 days/week with option to specialize, choice of case mix
• Call: maximum 10 days/month, extra call pay, primarily phone consults
• Support: 2 physicians, 3 APPs, 24/7 hospitalists, and full specialty backup (GI, Oncology, OB/GYN, General Surgery), collegial medical staff of 750 providers across 54 specialties
• Dedicated OR time: Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, Bluffton Hospital (optional)
• Specialty backup: GI, Oncology, OB/GYN, General Surgery
• Technology: da Vinci® robotics + Aquablation program
• Independent non-profit: local decision-making, low-bureaucracy environment
• Physician-led culture: full autonomy with influence over practice and decisions

Compensation & Benefits

• $600K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial contract term)
• Total potential $600K–$800K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
• $60K sign-on bonus + $100K student loan support
• Call pay $600/weekday, $2,000/weekend
• 5 weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
• 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
• PSLF-eligible employer, hospital employed position
