Outpatient Gastroenterology Opportunity - Coastal Pensacola, Florida - no nights or weekend call!

Baptist Health Care, located in Pensacola, Florida is seeking to employ a Gastroenterologist to be a part of a strong and dynamic physician enterprise! Ideal candidate includes physician seeking collaborative team consisting of four physicians and seven advanced practice providers. 

Outpatient-only – no nights or weekend call

• Guaranteed base salary: $650,000 first two years; Earning potential: $800,000+ (no cap on productivity)
• 20k Quality and Service Bonus
• 42 days PDO and 5k CME allowance
• Sign on bonus, Fellowship Stipend, Student Loan Repayment
• Full host of benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and company paid short term disability 
• Retirement plan: 403(b) and 457(b)
• Malpractice coverage ($1 Million/$3 Million) with tail coverage
• 1-2 Clinic days; 2-3 Scope days per week
• Efficient ASC and Endoscopy Center
• Supported by team of Advanced Practice Providers
• Solid referral network within the Medical Group (70+ Primary Care Providers) and regional market
