Join an experienced and supportive team as a Nocturnist Emergency Medicine Physician at Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, New Jersey! This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a thriving community hospital that combines the resources of Hackensack Meridian Health with the close-knit feel of a neighborhood facility. *Physician Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) - no residents will be considered at this time.
Position Profile:
20,000 annual volume
20 ED beds
8 Fast Track beds
1.5-2 patients per hour on average
14% admission rate
Nocturnist shift: Monday-Friday 9p-7a and 7p-7a on weekends
Scribe coverage
Dedicated X-Ray, CAT Scan and portable ultrasound
EPIC EMR
Strong relationship with Hackensack University Medical Center for patient transfers
