Family Medicine Opportunity in Canby, MN

Sanford Clinic Canby is seeking physicians who are BE/BC Family Medicine to join a physician-led practice serving the community of Canby, MN.

• Sanford Clinic Canby’s current medical staff consists of 2 FM and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• The ED is a Level 4 Trauma Center – ED call is 1:4
• Average number of ED visits per year is 1,000
• Hospital census averages 5-7 per day
• Attached long term care and assisted living facility
• 2 chair kidney dialysis unit
• Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy available 

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
