MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to serve as Assistant Program Director for our established Family Medicine Residency Program in Waterloo, Iowa. This highly respected program has been training family physicians for over 44 years and offers a rewarding blend of teaching, clinical practice, and leadership—without RVU pressure.
Typical Weekly Schedule (Half Days):
$100,000 commencement bonus
$50,000 retention bonus (end of year 3)
Moving allowance up to $15,000
