Position Overview

Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Peshtigo Clinic, located just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan. This opportunity offers the ideal balance of a close-knit, community clinic with the resources and support of a large, physician-led health system.

Practice Highlights

• Established patient panel with strong community ties

• Physician retention consistently in the 90th+ percentile

Schedule & Call

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
  • Minimum 4 clinic days/week
• Call: Large call group, phone-only
• No scheduled weekends or holidays (except on-call coverage)
• No inpatient responsibilities

Teaching & Growth

• Optional teaching opportunities with Medical College of Wisconsin – Green Bay students
• Leadership development and advancement opportunities
• Collaborative culture with physician/administrator dyad governance

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed + Incentives:

• 2-year compensation guarantee
• Opportunity for additional performance-based incentives

Time Off:

• 200 hours PTO annually during guarantee period
• 264 hours PTO annually post-guarantee

CME:

• $5,000 annual CME stipend
• 80 hours CME time off

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
• Eligible for unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
• Meets Bellin Medical Staff credentialing requirements
