• Annual Salary: $295,518
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Non-Productivity Bonus: $20,000
• Paid Time Off: 248 hours annually
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
• CME Stipend: $5,000 annually
