Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is looking for a Hospitalist to provide excellent care who is passionate about medicine, cares for patients in rural communities, and wants to enjoy a flexible schedule with more autonomy at:

  • 25 bed hospital
  • 24/7 Anesthesia on site!
  • Services: General, Ortho, OB, Cardio, Neuro, Oncology, Peds, Pulmonology, Cardiac Rehab, Urology
  • Avg. Daily Census of 6

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Contractor (1099) Status
  • business
  • 1,400 per day
  • Additional Neonate call coverage stipend
  • PRIME Eligible for providers that work 10+ days
  • Quarterly Prime Bonus
  • Housing provided by RPG
  • Malpractice Insurance provide by RPG
  • Meals provided

SCHEDULE & ACCOMODATIONS

  • Consistent scheduling 7-10 per month
  • Dedicated and convenient private and comfortable quarters/call-room
  • On-site two bedroom home w/kitchen on site available

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Board certified
  • Active license or ability to obtain
  • Ability to perform full scope of practice
  • Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience, IMs preferred (no new grads)
  • Proficient with intubations, central lines, and vent management
