Summary
This position offers an outpatient-focused Adult Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities and the opportunity to manage a broad range of neurologic diagnoses. You will join a collaborative team of two physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary group of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists. Additional resources include Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic services, Social Work, Psychology, and integrative medicine support. Teaching opportunities with residents are available, with access to a 17-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital.

Department Information
Our department provides comprehensive care for patients with neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions impacting function and independence. We commonly treat stroke-related impairments, brain injury and concussion, spasticity, spinal cord injuries, muscle weakness, and balance disorders, as well as chronic neurologic conditions such as muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and post-polio syndrome. We also manage non-surgical sports and overuse injuries, emphasizing functional recovery and quality of life.
