As an Infectious Disease Officer, you’ll be responsible for studying the causes, effects, and patterns of infectious diseases, including biological warfare threats. You’ll oversee laboratory operations to identify, observe, and confirm diseases, evaluate responses, and study patterns of transmission. You’ll also consult on public health policy that impacts the lives of Soldiers, our nation, and the world.
