Director of Oncology or independently contributing physician. Join a team of experienced Hem/Onc physicians and APPs in a cutting-edge facility with on-site radiation oncology.
Work-Life Balance:
4-day workweek with primarily outpatient care, offering a balanced lifestyle in a scenic region known for outdoor activities and a relaxed community atmosphere.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $650k+, $50k sign on
- Average 14 patients/day (70% oncology/30% hematology)
- 403 (b) retirement plan with employer match
