BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Austin, TX

Harbor Health is searching for experienced Family and Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team in Austin, TX!

Harbor Health is an entirely new multi-specialty clinic group in Texas utilizing a modern approach to co-create health with those who get, give, and pay for it, allowing everyone to fully flourish. Join us as we build a fully integrated system that connects care to a better payment model that truly puts the human being at the center.

We just grew from 12 Austin-based practices to over 40 primary care and express care locations in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso! Join us as we grow in Texas!

The Physicians will work in and co-create an innovative, team-based care environment to deliver primary care and preventive services to employed persons and their families. Free from constraints of fee-for-service, the team is redesigning care to achieve better health and experience while reducing waste.

Successful Physicians will have:

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Services will include in-person, virtual, and telephone visits
• Emphasis will be on health of a panel rather than typical productivity measures in fee-for-service
• Occurrence based malpractice and CME provided
