Staff Physician - Housecalls - Geriatrics

We are seeking Physicians who desire the opportunity and experience of delivering quality driven and compassionate care to our most vulnerable populations in the comfort of their home. 

The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in  residential and assisted living facilities. Physician manages reasonable daily case load (6-8 patients) via face-to-face visits. 

Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred.
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience

*Excellent base salary + annual bonus*
