As a Primary Care Physician, you'll provide comprehensive, relationship-based care to clinically and socially complex older adults while working alongside an integrated care team dedicated to improving health outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Experience using EHRs and healthcare technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• Passion for delivering patient-centered, mission-driven care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
• Ability to effectively balance competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for older adults in underserved communities with complex social needs
