The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Sebring VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, serving Veterans across Highlands County and surrounding Central Florida communities.
This position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, Veteran-centered outpatient care in a supportive, team-based environment—without inpatient responsibilities—while enjoying excellent federal benefits and Florida’s no state income tax advantage.
Outpatient-only primary care (no inpatient call)
Manage a stable panel of Veterans in a collaborative PACT model
