At Temple Health, you will work in a collegial environment alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Our collaborative approach ensures that our patients receive coordinated and effective care from a team of specialists. The program’s outstanding leadership will position the new partner for rapid assimilation and practice growth.

We offer several outstanding opportunities, including academic faculty and clinically oriented positions in urban and suburban settings. We also have leadership opportunities available for qualified candidates.

  • As a member of the Temple Health community, you will have access to a highly esteemed R1 institution known for its commitment to research, education, and clinical care, as well as access to Temple University’s renowned Temple Heart and Vascular Institute – a team of world-class experts in the field who are all committed to supporting your continued learning, development, and overall career growth.
  • The Temple Heart & Vascular Institute (THVI) is a physician-led, patient-focused institute built upon Temple Health’s excellent long-term reputation for heart and vascular clinical care, research, and education.
  • The THVI structure, incorporating a collaborative inpatient and outpatient approach with Cardiovascular Medicine, Advanced Subspecialty Cardiovascular Medicine, Cardiovascular Surgery, and Vascular Surgery, is evident at the TUH-Jeanes campus.
  • This allows the primary cardiologist at Jeanes Hospital ample opportunity to immediately confer with advanced cardiac and surgical experts in a united clinical environment.
  • You will have access to a myriad of advanced cardiac testing and imaging offered at TUH-Jeanes and TUH-Main campuses, including high-volume transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, advanced nuclear imaging, and state-of-the-art cardiac CT and cardiac MRI.
  • At the core of THVI is an integrated approach that encourages collaboration between care providers to improve patient experience, outcomes, and value across the spectrum of prevention, diagnosis, intervention, and rehabilitation of cardiovascular disease.
  • THVI continues to build upon the strengths inherent in an institute model while maintaining the advantages conferred to it as an academic and research healthcare entity.

In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive suite of benefits – including a generous 403b retirement match, health, dental, vision, life, malpractice, tuition remission, CME, and more – the position offers a uniquely supportive practice environment strengthened by Temple’s mission-driven culture to provide and promote world-class equitable patient care, research, and medical education.
