ThedaCare is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join an established program of providers at ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano in Shawano, Wisconsin. 

• 7 on 7 off (7a-7p)
• 24 weeks per year
• No procedures required
• Overnight call for APC's 
• Average patient census: 12-14
• Team consists of 10 Physicians and 15 APC's
• Electronic Medical Record-EPIC network connects our program to ThedaCare Primary Care, as well as independent Physicians
• Involvement in quality and process improvement is encouraged and supported
