Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Only – Becker Clinic

This outpatient-focused role offers the opportunity to practice family and sports medicine alongside an experienced care team of 1 physician and 3 APPs, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Schedule

• Full-time | Onsite – CentraCare- Becker, MN
• Day shifts | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm
  • Outpatient-only practice
• Call by phone schedule of approximately 1:30

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:  $260,000 - $500,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Preferred:

• Interest or experience in sports medicine
• Desire to practice in a community-based outpatient setting
