Medical Oncologist / Hematologist – 4-Day Clinic Week, Kettering Health (Troy, OH)

Kettering Health is seeking a BC/BE Hematology-Oncology physician to join our established Cancer Care program in Troy, Ohio. We are a clinician-led, patient-centered cancer program built for growth, innovation, and whole-person care.

Position Highlights

• Comprehensive Cancer Care: Medical, Surgical, Radiation & Gynecologic Oncology all within the same integrated, CoC-accredited Cancer Care program.
• Holistic & patient-centered support: Integrative medicine services including massage, reflexology, meditation, pet and art therapy, exercise/rehabilitation, nutrition, mental-health counseling, and an on-site specialty boutique/spa.
• Epic EMR across the system
• Friendly Schedule: 4 clinic days + 1 protected admin day
• Weekend Call: 1:6, equal rotation with partners
• Facilities: 9 exam rooms, 15 infusion bays, Epic EMR
• Support Team: Dedicated APP, RN, dietitian, nurse navigator, financial navigator, social worker, therapist, and multiple on-site infusion center and clinic pharmacists.
