Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is currently hiring Emergency Medicine physicians/nocturnists to join the team at AdventHealth Port Charlotte. We are a practice management group who holds the contract to operate this hospital-based Emergency Department. We are not a third party staffing agency.

We are a physician-owned group offering:

• W2 or 1099
• FT / PT / PRN
• 9 and 12 hr shifts
• No non-compete
• Competitive pay

Emergency Department Details:

• 34-bed ED
• 30,400 annual volume
• 25% admit rate
• Physician Coverage [27hrs]: 6a-3p, 12p-12a, 1p-10p, 9p-6a*
• APP Coverage [12hrs]: M-F 10a-10p, 3-MID; Sat-Sun 10a-10p, 3p-1a
• EHR: Epic

Pay Model: RVU model offering unlimited earning potential for productivity driven providers

*Additional bonus per shift for nights

• Cardiovascular Surgery/Cardiothoracic Surgery (run the codes outside of ED)
• Gastroenterology
• Hospital Medicine (handles admissions)
• Interventional Cardiology
• Internal Medicine/Geriatrics
• Orthopedics
• Psychiatry

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BC Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
• Florida license, and DEA
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS & PALS

• IES is an independent physician-owned group based in Dallas, Texas

• Our contracts do not contain non-compete clauses

Benefits: eligible on first clinical shift for full-time W2 positions (full-time is an avg of 120hrs/month)
