Synergy Radiology is a physician-owned teleradiology group built around efficiency, flexibility, and a strong clinical workflow.

We are a collaborative team of nearly 40 radiologists providing final reads across multiple states, supported by modern technology and a well-structured operational environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking radiologists interested in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential.

This position is ideal for physicians looking to maintain a high level of clinical work while benefiting from a streamlined, well-supported reading environment.

Position Highlights

• 100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible block scheduling: 7 on / 7 off or 7 on / 14 off
• Evening and overnight shifts available
• Collaborative, physician-led group
• 2-year partnership track

Schedule Options

• Evening: ~5 PM – 1 AM EST
• Overnight: ~11 PM – 7 AM EST
• (Time zones allow flexibility depending on location)

Compensation

• Evening shifts: ~$470K – $560K
• Overnight shifts: ~$550K – $660K
• Reduced schedules available with adjusted compensation
• Uncapped productivity bonuses

Synergy Radiology is a growing radiologist-owned and operated practice offering teleradiology services in 37 states. Founded in 2012, we provide final expert reads for our clients. Synergy has approximately 30 radiologists working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and is ideally suited for physicians with Neuro, MSK, Body, and/or Emergency fellowships or those with General Diagnostic Radiology Experience. 

Synergy’s teleradiologists read all studies and prepare template-driven reports that prompt input in a logical, study-specific, pre-determined sequence. We provide reports in a consistent format, free from omission with the sophisticated level of clinical data physicians can expect.
