Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Med/Peds Physician for a unique outpatient-focused opportunity serving El Dorado Family Medical Center, a full-spectrum primary care clinic in a supportive rural community.

Physicians interested in a stronger pediatric emphasis may also choose to practice part-time at CMH Pediatric Clinic in Bolivar, a regional pediatric hub supported by four pediatricians and full specialty backup. This option is available but not required, allowing you to tailor the role to your clinical interests.

This position offers continuity of care across the lifespan, diverse patient populations, and exceptional schedule flexibility within a respected, physician-led health system.

El Dorado Springs, MO is a progressive community of approximately 3,500 people located just 40 miles from both Bolivar, MO and the Kansas State  line. El Dorado Springs is approximately 110 miles south of Kansas City and 80 miles north of Joplin.

Our clinic is designed to provide our patients the quality care they need quickly. Our qualified medical staff treats patients of all ages and is designed for 2 full time physicians, 1 Advanced Practice Provider, Mental Health Providers and visiting Specialists from CMH.  El Dorado Springs Medical Center and Walk In Clinic is a Certified Rural Health Clinic and has state of the art Digital X-ray, Digital EKG, a very robust Moderate Complexity lab and an already implemented EMR which is shared across the CMH continuum of care.
