• A large hearing loss population of over 450 pediatric patients managed via a dashboard with nursing care coordination.
• More than 20 pediatric cochlear implant procedures performed annually, with continued program growth.
• A robust multidisciplinary team including pediatric audiologists, speech-language pathologists, auditory verbal therapists, genetic counselors, developmental specialists, and dedicated nursing support.
• Longitudinal care spanning newborn hearing screening through adolescence, including cochlear implantation, bone conduction hearing devices, and management of complex pediatric otologic disorders.

• Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
• Have completed, or be completing, an accredited Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship.
• Demonstrate interest and commitment to pediatric otology, hearing implants, and multidisciplinary hearing healthcare.
• Be eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.

This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.
