In 2015, Paul led the transformation of his health system’s recruiting process that redefined the traditional in-house provider recruiting strategy by developing a pro-active recruiting model that generated a robust provider prospect pool year over year. Recruiting challenges and barriers were constantly addressed and strategies to overcome them were implemented. New strategies were tied to metrics to illustrate their impact and recruiting goals were exceeded in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020.

As he joins PracticeMatch, Paul will work with the client sourcing team to continue to build on the team’s success as a valuable resource to its clients. The team will carry its momentum forward to bring exceptional sourcing strategies to its clients by further leveraging PracticeMatch’s experience with recruitment marketing, client support for building brand awareness and disciplined opportunity exposure to potential provider candidates.
