In-person Career Fair Registration

I declare that I am registering as a direct agent of an organization that hires physicians on its staff. I agree to all terms listed above, and I agree to be charged the appropriate amount as indicated. I also agree to have this amount charged to the payment method indicated, and that I will be bound by applicable cardholder agreements. I acknowledge that PracticeMatch does not guarantee attendance at the fair by any specific number of candidates or specialties. I agree that any data or materials I receive from PracticeMatch in conjunction with the Career Fair will not be distributed to anyone except those whom are directly employed by a PracticeMatch Career Fair registered facility.

I agree to screen and hire solely on qualifications for the position and comply with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws including EEO compliance. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring individuals without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, military service, veteran status or disability and providing reasonable accommodations upon request.

I will treat all applicant information, including resumes, transcripts, written records/reports, personal knowledge, and information obtained from computer databases as confidential. All interviewers should be trained to ask only those questions that are legal and appropriate. I will not disclose any applicant information to another organization without the prior consent of the applicant.

The total includes a 3.3% fee that is applied to all credit card payments.
