National Healthcare Industry Events & Conferences

Throughout the year, we attend events across the nation, held by health care organizations of all different sizes. During these events, we showcase our offerings available for physician and provider recruiters to utilize during their recruitment processes.

The events that we attend are held by organizations such as Texas Organization of Rural Community Hospitals (TORCH), various Medical Management Group Association (MGMA) chapters, Association of Advancing Provider and Physician Recruiters (AAPPR), and smaller, more rural organizations such as Northeast Providers Recruitment Association (NEPRA), Southeast Providers Recruitment Association (SEPRA), and Alabama Primary Health Care Association (APHCA), among others.

We are also members of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), Texas Organization of Rural Community Hospitals (TORCH), and Association of Advancing Provider and Physician Recruiters (AAPPR).

Keep reading for more information about events we'll be at throughout the year, as well as conferences our industry experts will be speaking at.

The 0.4:1 Reality: Benchmarking Physician Recruitment in 2026

Wednesday, May 20, 2026 – Wednesday, May 20, 2026
Physician and APP recruitment has entered a new era - one defined by unprecedented scarcity, rising competition, and a market where the average applicant?to?job ratio has dropped to just 0.4:1. Physician recruitment is no longer volume-driven and less than one candidate per role is now the norm. In this data?rich session, we’ll break down the findings from the 2026 PracticeMatch Benchmarking Report and explore what the new talent landscape means for healthcare organizations nationwide. Using real benchmarking data, we’ll examine how demand is outpacing supply, why “high job volume ? high candidate volume”, and how tightening yield ratios are increasing the workload and pressure on internal recruitment teams. Attendees will gain insight into: -The market forces driving the 0.4:1 applicant?to?job reality -Scarcity trends across physicians and APPs -How job posting competition is reshaping candidate behavior -Why conversions are harder—“23% more connections” now required for a single submittal -Full?cycle recruitment timing benchmarks and where delays cost you candidates -What strategies are working in 2026, including always?on sourcing, multi?channel outreach, and early pipeline development We’ll also discuss actionable KPIs, workload impacts, and how organizations can adapt with greater precision, speed, and targeted engagement to stay competitive in a market where “candidate supply is limited” and “recruitment requires precision.” This webinar is designed for recruitment leaders, talent acquisition teams, operations executives, and anyone responsible for navigating the increasingly complex world of healthcare hiring.
